I ordered a Magnetron 3 years ago and unfortunately my wife dropped it on the natural stone floor in the hut. The glass had a scratch in the field of vision. However, the replacement glass was not listed in the online store. I sent them a quick email and, despite stock levels, the glass was available to order from the online store within 2 days.
