Right of withdrawal

RETURN

If for any reason you decide to send the product back, please return it within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Any product in new condition, unworn and free of damages can be returned.

We offer FREE returns on all orders. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Please follow the steps below to return your product:
- Contact our customer support shop@specteyewear.com to schedule the return, receive the return shipping label and an RMA code.
- Once you have received the RMA code, fill it into the box on the letter in your package.
- Put this letter into the package and the return shipping label on the package.

RETURNS

Any product that is unworn and free from damage can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
We offer free return shipping on all orders. Additional shipping costs are not refundable. 

The following steps must be taken for a return shipment:

- Contact our Customer Center at
shop@specteyewear.com to schedule your return, receive a
RMA code and return label.

- Insert the RMA code in the "Return" slip that comes with your shipment.

- Enclose the "Return" label with your return and stick the return label on the top of your shipment
