Conditions of participation Night of the Jumps competition

The organizer of this competition is Spect Eyewear, member of the Michael Pachleitner Group. By participating in this competition, the participant agrees to these conditions of participation.

All persons over the age of 16 are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of the Michael Pachleitner Group and all persons who are otherwise connected with the organisation or evaluation of the competition.

To enter the contest, the participant must link the contest post publicly available on Instagram or Facebook, mark 2 friends in the comments and follow @redbullspecteyewear on Instagram or @specteyewear on Facebook.

No entry fee and no purchase is required to participate in this competition. Several participations per person are accepted.

The prize of the raffle is two tickets for one of the Night of the Jumps Events in Berlin, either on Friday, 21.02.2020 or on Saturday, 22.02.2020. The prize must be accepted in its present form. Exchange or refund of tickets is not possible. The tickets have no monetary value. All costs associated with the prize (travel, hotel, etc.) are the responsibility of the selected winners.

The competition ends on Monday, 3 February 2020 at 17.00 hrs. The winners will be notified with a message.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any promotional material and to the submission of the entry. All personal data of the winner or other participants will be used exclusively in accordance with the applicable Austrian data protection regulations and will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant's prior consent.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. All changes to the competition will be communicated to the participants as soon as possible by the organizer.
